Third-party provider/API costs are separate. Agencies use their own provider API keys (Trestle, Whitepages, PDL, LexisNexis) inside Gallus unless a separate provider wallet is explicitly scoped.
We are aligned with your collections success. If a decision falls into No Match or is actively suppressed via litigator scrubs, overage rates on decisions do not apply beyond your flat baseline.

What does "Gallus charges for decisions, not raw data" mean?
Traditional skip tracers return uncorroborated lists of possible phone numbers and charge you per list. You are left to dial risky, dead lines, incurring massive TCPA exposure and wasted dialer overhead. Gallus resolves fragmented records and returns a clean, compliant contact decision: safe-send eligible, manual review required, do-not-contact, or no match. You pay strictly for these deterministic, audit-logged decisions rather than uncorroborated, raw data profiles.
Are third-party provider and API query costs included in my subscription?
No. Third-party provider and API lookup costs are completely separate. Agencies configure and utilize their own provider API keys (e.g., Trestle, Whitepages Premium, People Data Labs) directly inside their Gallus portal, allowing you to pay your wholesale provider rates directly. If your agency does not have direct keys, a dedicated provider wallet can be explicitly scoped and funded, where Gallus passes through wholesale queries at cost.
How long is the early-adopter pricing locked, and who is eligible?
Early-adopter pricing is available strictly to the first 3–5 agencies to complete contract signing and onboarding. This is a limited production-validation rate locked for 6 months to support early operational feedback. It is not a discounted rate for unstable code; rather, it represents a mutual investment in validating high-volume, automated collections throughput.
Does the Sandbox/Demo mode call paid APIs?
No. Sandbox and demo modes do not call paid third-party APIs by default. This guarantees that you can run unlimited test batches, paste sample CSV files, explore the Gallus Reverse-Consensus Arbiter interface, and review sample Evidence Packets without incurring any live provider fees or utilizing your active API key allotments.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The free trial is a one-time evaluation run of up to 1,000 records. Third-party provider/API costs are not included. Simulated provider mode is active by default, ensuring you can evaluate Gallus Resolve with zero initial outlay.
Can we use our own provider keys during the free trial?
Yes. If your agency explicitly provides approved provider credentials (e.g. Trestle, Whitepages Premium, PDL), Gallus Resolve can run a BYO-provider trial within the agreed evaluation cap.
Does the free trial contact anyone?
No. Gallus does not make calls, send SMS text messages, dispatch emails, or perform any collection activity whatsoever. The tool acts strictly as an audit and classification layer prior to outreach.
